Leaving the ICC Newsflash

Kip-whistleblower Ron Harding fired. Leaks documents.

Ron Harding, the International Christian Church’s Chief Technology Officer and Lead CyberEvangelist of 16 years (2008-2024) and author of The Untold Story: The Untold Story: Chronicles Of Modern-Day Christianity, has sensationally left the organisation after his employment contract was terminated earlier this month. To tell his side of the story, Harding leaked a number of screenshots that provide insight into Kip McKean’s history with pornography, the mismanagement of ICC’s finances, as well as the church’s handling of their lawsuits.

Update 12th Jan 2025

Yesterday, Harding went live on Zoom and FB Watch to explain the documents at the house of Chris Chloupek, the former evangelist of the Orlando ICC who left the organisation only a few days earlier:

In Ron Harding’s Facebook post (dated 27th December 2024), he wrote the following:

To my dear brothers and sisters around the world,

“Make every effort to keep the unity of the Spirit through the bond of peace. There is one body and one Spirit, just as you were called to one hope when you were called; one Lord, one faith, one baptism; one God and Father of all, who is over all and through all and in all.” — Ephesians 4:3-6

I could not bring myself to burden you during your Christmas celebrations with friends and family. It is devastating to lose everything and everyone in an instant. Yet, with all the love Tracy and I have for the Lord, His Church Universal, and all of you, I am compelled by the Spirit to write. The last thing I want is to harm anyone’s faith. Yet, the truth must be spoken in love—something our movement lost within the first two years of starting.

I gain nothing by sharing these things. This is for the benefit of everyone in the ICC and RCW. In the words of Paul:

“I long to see you so that I may impart to you some spiritual gift to make you strong—that is, that you and I may be mutually encouraged by each other’s faith. I do not want you to be unaware, brothers and sisters, that I planned many times to come to you.” — Romans 1:11-13

Unlike the group that broke off, I had official talks, truly making every effort to reconcile, to plead for repentance, and to guard the Gospel—something we all pledged to do in Jesus’ name. Because of pending legal action the ICC has held over me and possibly my wife, I must write this unfortunate letter addressing both the ICC and RCW leaderships. They are cut from the same mold, and as Scripture says, “bad company corrupts good character.” — 1 Corinthians 15:33

We are asked to disclose exactly what we make to calculate our contribution. Unfortunately, the leadership of both fellowships does not consider any of us to have the spiritual discernment or maturity to hear the truth about the WSL compensation, Kip’s discretionary fund (which took $500,000 per year out of the missions collections), and monthly Central Fund Payments:

• “If we tell the people what we make, they will stop giving.” — Raul Moreno

• “We are taking great pains to do what is right in the eyes of God and man.” — Michael Kirchner

• “Our salaries are in line with executives from other non-profits.” — Several Top Leaders

After nearly 32 years in the Kingdom, contributing nearly $1.5 million in donations, serving in ministry since 2006 (full-time since 2008), and enduring 11 years of retaliation after confronting Kip on sin, Tracy and I faced a retaliatory termination from the ministry on December 3rd. This followed a 7-year battle to protect my son and daughter from being trafficked (Not sex trafficked), where they were used as leverage against my wife and me.

Unfortunately, the last eight months have been a time of our leadership listening more to the movement attorney (and Kip’s) rather than the Scriptures. I would have kept fighting for unity, but on December 3rd, that decision was taken from me, as Tracy and I were terminated. This retaliation is rooted in my stand against the following sins and legal violations:

1. Obstruction of justice and tampering with evidence during existing civil cases.

2. Spoliation of evidence during the discovery phase of four lawsuits.

3. Trafficking (Not sex trafficking) of interns and ministry staff.

4. Violation of the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA), internally referred to as “kicking the dog”—a practice of replacing older church leaders with younger, less expensive employees.

5. Defrauding donors by violating fiduciary duties associated with the ICC’s 501(c)(3) status.

6. Breaking labor laws, including manipulation, abuse, and retaliation against employees.

Many have the question why I confronted things, then did not for a long time. I am providing documents to support what I am writing. Keep in mind there are 20+ years of records and emails. The bulk of these belong in the courtroom because God has allowed those in charge of the judicial system to have authority over the final decisions. It is time to make a judgment on the actions of both leaderships—and on me, who has been in the ministry for nearly 18 years:

• “Therefore judge nothing before the appointed time; wait until the Lord comes. He will bring to light what is hidden in darkness and will expose the motives of the heart. At that time each will receive their praise from God.” — 1 Corinthians 4:5

• “Do not repay anyone evil for evil. Be careful to do what is right in the eyes of everyone.” — Romans 12:17

• “Woe to those who call evil good and good evil, who put darkness for light and light for darkness, who put bitter for sweet and sweet for bitter.” — Isaiah 5:20

• “For we are taking pains to do what is right, not only in the eyes of the Lord but also in the eyes of man.” — 2 Corinthians 8:21

• “If we claim to have fellowship with him and yet walk in the darkness, we lie and do not live out the truth.” — 1 John 6

• “For everyone looks out for their own interests, not those of Jesus Christ.” — Philippians 2:21

Please read the documents and emails I am providing, as these are the best way to speak the truth in love and to Guard the Gospel. You can trust that Tracy and I join you in prayer, desiring repentance and healing in the church.

Our Severance Agreements and denied unemployment are the last images. We did not sign the agreements. We could not agree to a lifetime of silence for $50,000. We are disciples who cannot deny our Lord for payment.

In love and faith,

Ron
